Bulala Care's 🩵

 In these pictures, I show how small actions make a big difference. I took care of our garden, fixing the soil and nurturing the plants. I also joined in cleaning the roadside, sweeping away grass and keeping the area tidy. These moments prove that caring for the environment starts with me!

Reflection This 1st Quarter uarter

 a. The learnings that I have gain in my 1st Quarter, I gained new knowledge and skills in my subjects, especially in ICT where I discovered the history and importance of the internet in our daily lives. I also learned the value of discipline, time management, and participation in class, which helped me improve both academically and personally. b. Some challenges I faced this quarter were adjusting to new lessons that were sometimes difficult to understand, so i ask questions to my teacher if i didn't understand our discussion. balancing my time between schoolwork and home responsibilities, and occasionally losing motivation when tasks and requirements piled up. c.  I addressed these challenges by managing my time better, setting priorities, and not being afraid to ask for help from teachers or classmates when needed. A letter to the President

 I am writing this letter to you as a student who wishes to express my support and hopes for the future of our beloved country. I appreciate your efforts in promoting programs that aim to improve the lives of Filipinos, especially in the fields of education, agriculture and infrastructure. As a young citizen, my dream is to see the Philippines become more progressive, with a vality education for all and opportunities for every Filipino to succeed. Healthy Food, Healthy Life

Nutrition month is celebrated every july to remind us about the importance of eating healty. It helps people learn the value of good nutrition and how it keeps our bodies strong and our minds sharp. During this month, schools and communities hold activities to promote eating fruits, vegetables and other health food. These events also teach us to avoid junk food and sugary drinks. Nutrition month encourages everyone to live a healthy lifestyle, by making better food choices, we can stay strong, avoid sickness and do better in school and in life In conclusion, nutrition month is a reminder for all of us to take care of our bodies by eating healthy and staying active. By joining this celebration and applying what we learn we can become healthier, stronger, and more productive members of our community.

 I am remeil jeraux cardenas a simple person who always tries to make other smile. I enjoy helping people, especially when they are in need or feeling down. being respectful and polite is very important to me in everything i do. I am someone who values honesty, I believe trust is the key to good relationships. these small things best describes how i treat the people around me. I am also hardworking when it comes to my goals. I never give up easily. even when things get difficult. when i make mistakes, i learn from them and try to do better next time. I always give my best in school because i want to have a better future.
