Nutrition month is celebrated every july to remind us about the importance of eating healty. It helps people learn the value of good nutrition and how it keeps our bodies strong and our minds sharp.

During this month, schools and communities hold activities to promote eating fruits, vegetables and other health food. These events also teach us to avoid junk food and sugary drinks.

Nutrition month encourages everyone to live a healthy lifestyle, by making better food choices, we can stay strong, avoid sickness and do better in school and in life
